Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

● Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
● Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery if:
● The product is unused
● In original packaging
● In resalable condition

Applicable to:
● Cat scratchers
● Feeding bowls
● Travel bags & accessories

Products that are used, damaged, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

● Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

● If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, return shipping is free.
● For all other returns, return shipping charges may apply.
